A flexible option ideal for remote teams, multi-location organizations, or workplaces seeking a self-directed wellness initiative. Employees may participate individually on their own schedule or as part of a workplace-organized group, depending on how your organization chooses to implement the program.
Important – Self-Led Program Responsibilities

- SportMedBC does not provide coaches, leaders, or facilitated sessions for this option.

- Employees may also participate entirely on their own, completing sessions independently on their own time.
SportMedBC provides the structured training plan, digital resources, and educational content. All group organization, leadership, or facilitation—if desired—is the responsibility of the participating organization.
How the weekly sessions work:
- All three sessions are completed independently
- Optional group meetups may occur only if organized internally by the workplace
- No SportMedBC-led in-person or virtual sessions
