Scott is currently the High Performance Coordinator at Vancouver College where he programs and administers the strength, speed and conditioning programs for all of the school’s athletic teams. He also acts as the Strength & Conditioning Coordinator and Integrated Support Team coordinator for the Wrestling Canada’s men’s and women’s national teams.
Scott completed his Bachelor of Science-Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University, and then went on to complete his Masters of Human Kinetics(MHK) in Coaching Science at the University of British Columbia, completing the degree by defending his major paper entitled “The Organization and Programming of Strength Training: An analysis of underlying biological principles and periodization strategies.”
Scott has worked in the athlete training field for 14 years, and has an additional 8 years experience in orthopedic and active rehabilitation.
