Profile
Lifemoves was founded in 2007 by Alfred Ball, a Practicing Kinesiologist with nearly 30 years of experience, who is neurodivergent. In March 2025, we moved to Burnaby Heights, across the street from Kensington Park on Hastings Street, which has several sports fields. At this time, we rebranded to Lifemoves Human Performance.
Our focus is to provide a safer space for athletes with sensory or processing differences to train, build mobility, and recover from injuries. We have sensory-safe, quiet and scent-free treatment rooms and gym spaces. These are ideal for high school athletes, university athletes, and active adults who feel overstimulated by larger gyms and multi-disciplinary clinics.
We are kinesiology-owned and led. Contact Alfred to learn how Fascia Stretch Therapy, sports conditioning, and kinesiology can help you recover from injuries, get back in the game, or enhance your athletic performance. The Trans-Canada trails are just meters away, while the 160 Kootenay Loop/Coquitlam Station and the R5 S.F.U. / Burrard Station have stops that are close by. This makes an ideal spot for student-athletes to train and recover.
