#Update your listing on the new website directory

On desktop and enter your name into the search bar at the top

Once you type in your name, you may notice that you have two “profiles”, one is a participant profile, think of this like your personal Facebook profile.  The other is a professional practitioner profile. When you do log in, the Participant personal profile will be where you land.

Once your practitioner profile appears, please select this option, and review your entire practitioner profile to ensure the information is correct.

updating practitioner/clinic profiles.

Should you need to make changes, you will need to log in to your account. However, some people may need to claim their listing if they have not done so already. If you’re not sure if you need to claim your listing, you will see the option on the bottom right-hand side of your profile underneath your contact information and the disclaimer.

You will then be required to fill out some information to be approved by SportMedBC within 24-48hrs.

Once approved you will then be able to log in and change the information and upload photos etc. If you didn’t need to claim listing, you can simply log in, please note that you may need to change your password first.

Once logged in you will land on your Profile Page.  This page has many functions but for now, please look at the left sidebar and click the menu item called “Listings”

Here you will find your listing(s).  You can click the listing and within the listing on the RIGHT sidebar is an “EDIT” button.  Click this to enter the listing editor.  Make your edits and click “SAVE”

*Please note: Clinic listings must be linked to a minimum of one verified practitioner in order to remain on our site. Additionally, you can now enter the one or multiples categories for your clinic*

Now your listing will be updated
