He has enjoyed staying active throughout his life with years of involvement in soccer, ice hockey, and martial arts. He had his first exposure to chiropractic care at age 24 after suffering a compression fracture in his spine while snowboarding on Whistler Mountain – the significant relief he found from treatment allowed him to get back to his active lifestyle within a few months and gives him a unique perspective with patient challenges with recovery and rehabilitation. He has also volunteered his services at multiple sporting events including a volleyball tournament, Nike tennis tournament, rodeo, and multiple running events. In his free time, he enjoys running, going to the gym, and practicing Muay Thai.
