Brigitte is a former professional contemporary dancer, with experience as a ballet instructor, CrossFit coach, fitness instructor, and personal trainer. Having seen many therapists in her past (and experienced many injuries!), Brigitte has has a lot of personal practice with injury rehabilitation and prevention. These experiences is what motivates her to help others in their recovery process and movement journey as well! No two journeys are alike, and the key is to understand each person’s unique movement story and patterns. Brigitte holds a BFA in Dance from York University, and graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Her interests are: CrossFit, olympic and power lifting, trail running, skiing, hiking, and all-around adventuring. She is current training in bodybuilding.
