To be eligible for a Practitioner or Clinic listing and become a member of SportMedBC, practitioners must meet the requirements outlined in our membership criteria, including verification of credentials and professional standards.

Please ensure that you’ve submitted a Practitioner listing before submitting a Clinic listing. All Clinic Listings must include at least one verified SportMedBC Practitioner to be approved.

⚠️ Before You Begin

✅ You have a SportMedBC user account (required to submit a listing) 
✅ Clinics cannot create listings on behalf of practitioners
✅ Your clinic must include at least one verified practitioner to be approved
✅You have reviewed the SportMedBC Membership requirements

1️⃣ Create a SportMedBC Account
Everyone must register a user account in order to submit a listing.

2️⃣ Submit Your Listing
Practitioners create their own listing first. Clinics then link at least one verified practitioner.

3️⃣ Verification (Up To 7 Business Days)
SportMedBC staff review your submission for accuracy and credentials.

4️⃣ Go Live & Join the Network
Once approved, your listing appears publicly in the SportMedBC Directory and your contact email is added to the membership mailing list.
