Sharleen Hoar (Ph.D.) has been supporting elite and aspiring performers of all ages to achieve personal and performance excellence since 1996. She is a professional member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association and is the mental performance lead with the Canadian Sport Institute - Pacific working with Olympic and National team athletes, coaches, and sport science and medical professionals.

Kristen Yarker

Kristen Yarker, MSc, RD is a registered dietitian with 24 years of experience in nutrition. A past competitive athlete (running - cross country & track, University of Guelph), she understands the drive for (and pressures of) performance. For athletes, the general ‘healthy eating’ rules don’t apply.

Charlene Waldner

Charlene graduated from the 3000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria in 2012. Since then she has had the pleasure of working in a variety of spa and resort environments, and she has enthusiastically volunteered at many sporting events. She enjoys working with clients of all ages, including seniors and youth.
