Starting November 27th, join SportMedBC’s RunWalk Coach & Olympian, Lynn Kanuka, for the 2017 Walk This Way Program! Your weekly walking schedule will be posted every Monday on the Vancouver Sun Run InTraining Facebook Page, along with additional training tips & coaching advice. This 8-week program will take you right up to the start of the 2018 Vancouver Sun Run InTraining Program, and is a great way to prepare your body for a new RunWalk regimen. Together we can make the most of this winter, and set ourselves up for InTraining success in the New Year!
