The RunWalk program begins the week of January 28th to February 3rd with locations across the lower mainland and the Thompson Okanagan area. Simply visit the RunWalk page under the InTraining program and you’ll be directed to a map where you can simply move to your area, or even find locations by the day of the week. We have a few new locations this Spring and a few new faces as Mentors, so we’re really excited to see what 2023 has to offer our RunWalk program! Whether you are a beginner or experienced runner or walker, the RunWalk10K clinic will help you reach your fitness & health goals in a safe and supportÂive environment. The 13-week program will gradually develop your strength and stamina so that you can train injury-free for a 10K distance.
