Instructions
  • Peel and chop up apples and place in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add cinnamon, 1/2-1 cup applesauce and sugar until apples are evenly coated.
  • Place apple mix into microwave on high for 2-3 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring mixture.
  • Mix 1-2 cups cereal and 2 Tbsp peanut butter until it forms a moldable consistency.
  • Line bottom of a pie pan with cereal crust. Add hot apples to crust. Sprinkle cereal over top (optional) Warm in oven for 5-10 minutes.
  • Serve with 1 scoop low fat frozen yogurt.
