Instructions
  • In a container combine rice, beans, corn, tomato, green pepper, onion and chili powder. Stir until combined. Microwave on high, loosely covered, for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Stir before serving.
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 3/4 cup kidney beans, canned, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup corn niblets
  • 1 medium whole tomato
  • 1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
