Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside.
  • Beat yolks, add milk, juice and zest of one lemon. Mix together well.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add wet to dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Fold in stiff egg whites (don't beat).
  • Divide into 4 small dessert bowls.
  • Bake in a water bath (place dessert bowls in a baking pan 1/2 filled with water) at 375 F for 25 minutes or until set and brown on top.

  • 1 cup milk, 1%
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 3 tbsp of lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup all- purpose flour
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 dash salt
