Instructions
  • Add the egg and breadcrumbs to the beef and mix well.
  • Shape into 6 patties.
  • Brown both sides in ungreased pan, over medium heat, not cooking them completely, drain off any fat.
  • Spoon the undiluted mushroom soup over the patties.
  • Cover the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes, spooning the gravy over the patties occasionally.
  • Cook beef until no longer pink and heated through.
