CycleFondo: Fondo Clinics presented by Dilawri

If you’re looking to tackle the RBC GranFondo Whistler for the first time, improve your time, or are interested in a women-only training clinic, there’s a program to help you reach your goal. This 12-week InTraining Program is designed for anyone who is interested in learning to train for a 122 km distance ride. 

Whether the goal being to simply finish, be faster or more confident and efficient, the program will gradually increase your training over a 12-week period to avoid injury and give the body time to adapt to the demands of cycling.

Run5K for New Canadian Youth!

This 10-week run program is offered to Youth ages 13-18 years of age to train for the 5k distance. Participants have the option to choose between two program levels, “My first 5K” & “My Next 5K”. This initiative is specifically offered to a population considered “New Canadian Youth”, who have arrived in Canada within the last 5 years.

10KtoHalf Marathon Program

SportMedBC’s 10K to Half Marathon Program will help InTraining graduates to safely complete the 21K distance. Created by Lynn Kanuka, SportMedBC’s RunWalk Coach and resident Olympian, and with the support of our experienced team of run leaders, SportMedBC is providing a gradual training program that starts right after the Sun Run. This 9-week training program will allow for a seamless transition to run/walk the 21.1km distance.
