The Virtual 13-Week SportMedBC RunWalk Program is a comprehensive and inclusive fitness initiative designed to guide participants of all fitness levels towards achieving their running and walking goals virtually. Developed by SportMedBC’s experienced fitness professionals, this program combines expert guidance, structured training plans, and a supportive community to help individuals enhance their cardiovascular fitness, stamina, and overall well-being.

**Virtual Format:** The program is conducted entirely online, allowing participants to engage from the comfort of their own homes or favorite local running routes. This flexible format accommodates diverse schedules and geographical locations.

Participants will have 3 weekly runs to complete on their own time and will receive the SportMedBC weekly E-Blast with information to assist their training and any other additional offerings

Refund Policy 

  • Participants are eligible for full refunds until the start of the first session. 
  • Participants are eligible for partial refunds after the start of the first session, up until the start of the second week of the program. 
  • No Refund will be issued after the second week until the end of the third week of the program except for medical reasons (doctor’s note required). 
  • Refunds will be issued through the credit card used for registration payment.  
  • SportMedBC does not offer refunds by cheque.
