About the RunWalk Program
The SportMedBC RunWalk Program is a 13-week, science-based training program designed for every body, every pace, and every experience level. Whether you’re walking, learning to run, or already running regularly, our structured interval method helps you:
-
Build fitness gradually
-
Train safely and avoid injury
-
Follow a proven plan
-
Stay motivated with weekly clinics and group support
Participants meet once per week with their leader and complete two additional independent sessions on their own.
