Wendy Epp obtained a BSc in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan and her Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy in 1996. She relocated to Vancouver in 1992 and became integrally involved with the sport medicine community.
She served as president and member at large for Sport Physiotherapy BC for 5 years, and sat on the National Committee for Sport Physiotherapy for 2 years. Currently she is part of the medical team with the Canadian Freestyle Ski Team and is working with athlete groups in the sports of gymnastics, triathlon and rugby.
Wendy is the lead therapist on SportMed’s Functional Screening Project. Wendy is the co-owner of FORM PHYSIOTHERAPY, South False Creek. When not in the clinic, she gives talks on injury prevention for the running population, core strength for triathletes, and various sport-related topics.
She recently added motherhood to her list of achievements, but still finds some time for training and competing in various length triathlons.
