Vaishali completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from India in 2008. She has experienced various streams of Physiotherapy and created her expertise in Paediatrics and Orthopaedics. She has worked at clinics treating children with special needs for more than 3 years and also worked with Orthopaedic patients and the elderly.
Working as a Registered physiotherapist in Canada, her clinical experience involves rehabilitation of- motor vehicle accidents and work-related injuries, various orthopedic-related and musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, Vestibular Rehabilitation, and physiotherapy for Incontinence.
With her experience of working as a Physiotherapist for more than 11 years, she believes that listening, communication, and the use of language are some of the most critical tools healthcare providers have. Through education, exercise, and treatment, she aims to empower you to better understand your body. Her mission is to provide you with long-term solutions to maintain your best self, long after you leave her care. She loves to challenge herself to see her patients healthy and happy.
Her treatment approach includes hands-on treatment methods; soft tissue manipulation, mobilization, deep tissue release, MDT McKenzie, Dry needling/ IMS along with stretching and exercise prescription. She has gained knowledge in Vestibular Rehabilitation.
She is keen to provide quality care for Women’s health through her knowledge of pelvic health to treat incontinence, leakage, and prolapse.
Vaishali is passionate about giving back to society and has also volunteered in Library Programs to support newcomers to Canada.
During her free time, she spends quality time with her family. She loves dancing in various forms and traveling acts as a stress buster so she hits the road whenever possible.
