Rosalin Hanna is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, with Distinction, through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She has worked in two division one US College programs, the University of Arizona and the University of Central Florida. She was nominated and awarded the NSCA high school professional of the year for 2002.
At UA she was responsible for designing and implementing the baseball and volleyball strength and conditioning program, and assisted with football. In 2004, UA baseball went to the College World Series and in 2003 lead the nation in base stealing. At UCF she was responsible for the women’s soccer, women’s basketball, men’s tennis, and assisted with football strength and conditioning.
Overall, she has eighteen years experience working as a weight trainer, with 8 of those years as a strength and conditioning coach within three university athletic programs. She is also a certified Active Release Therapist and a Kinesiologist, therefore, proficient in designing programs to assist in rehabilitation
