Profile
I am a Registered Physiotherapist in British Columbia with a strong interest in sports physiotherapy, athlete performance, and return-to-sport rehabilitation. I hold a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from Macquarie University (Australia) and am currently completing the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Physical Therapies (Year 2/2). I have also completed the FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine and bring over 10 years of experience as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer.
My clinical practice focuses primarily on musculoskeletal and sports injuries, working with a range of athletes including CrossFit, Hyrox, competitive recreational, and junior athletes. I have a particular interest in strength and conditioning integration, return-to-sport and return-to-running programming, injury prevention, and performance-focused rehabilitation.
My sports medicine experience includes rugby sports coverage within a semi-professional rugby union environment in Australia, involving sideline injury assessment, athlete taping, acute injury management, and return-to-play planning. While basketball is a particular passion, I am committed to gaining experience across a variety of sports and helping athletes safely return to and excel in their chosen activities.
