Philippe Saucier is the Manager of Sport Safety and Event Services with SportMedBC. Philippe is a graduate from Concordia University in Montreal, Québec where he received a Bachelor of Exercise Science specializing in Athletic Therapy. Philippe is a Certified Athletic Therapist, Certified FMS practitioner and also holds a certification as a First Responder through the Canadian Red Cross. He has worked extensively with youth, amateur and professional sporting populations, providing injury prevention training, on-field medical coverage, and injury rehabilitation. Philippe also spent 6 years as the assistant athletic therapist with Trinity Western University Spartan Athletics prior to commencing his full-time position with SportMedBC in August 2016. He currently resides in the lower mainland with his wife and three children.
