Dr. Prasad is a Clinical Associate Professor at UBC and has practiced sports medicine for over 25 years. He has been a part of the Allan McGavin Sport Medicine clinic at UBC since 1991. He has a special interest in dealing with injuries in children. He has attended many multi-sport games including 3 Pan American, 3 Commonwealth, and 3 Olympic Games in his capacity as a medical officer and has served as Chief Medical Officer at the Canada Winter Games in 2007 as well as the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi in 2010 and Glasgow in 2014.
