I came to the Okanagan in 2005 from Norway to pursuit the Canadian lifestyle and a carriere as a physiotherapist. Since then I have completed the AFCI acupuncture certification and SPC certificate candidate. I grew up in a small village in Norway, and started my PT degree in Sydney, Australia after high school. During my years as a physiotherapy student I studied in Australia, Norway and Sweden where I graduated from with a Bsc PT in 2005. Since then I have worked at the World Sledge Hockey Challenge 2007, and as a Team Physiotherapist for the Westside Warriors Junior A Hockey 2007-08, as well as assisted with taping for the Okanagan Sun Football team. My own athletic experiences includes: junior national track and field team (Norway), elite womens volleyball KFUM eborg (Sweden), University womens volleyball Sydney (Australia) and Bergen (Norway), European handball (Norway).
