I graduated as physiotherapist in 1996 at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. I worked in South Africa as team physiotherapist for “”Correctional Service”” Rugby and Marathon clubs. I also worked as locum physiotherapist in the USA from 1997 to 1999. I relocated to Canada in 2002. In Fort McMurray, Alberta I worked with the “Oil Barons” Hockey team and was team Physiotherapist for the College Soccer and Volleyball teams. I moved to Nanaimo with my family in 2005. I’ve worked with the Womens Rugby team and is the team Physiotherapist for the Womens Field Hockey team. My motto as physiotherapist is: “Helping people to help themselves”. I have a passion for sport physiotherapy and sport participation on all levels. I’m currently a SPC Certification Candidate.
