Khore is a Certified Athletic Therapist with a degree in Athletic & Exercise Therapy and a Diploma in Exercise and Wellness from Camosun College. His passion for sport began at a young age when he competed at the 1985 UCI BMX World Championships. He has gone on to work with a variety of populations, from high school and national level athletes to professional athletes and active seniors. Athletic Therapy has allowed Khore to combine his love for sport and the desire to help people with the expertise to deliver individualized programs that facilitate an environment optimal for healing. The use of early exercise intervention strategies, patient education, and manual therapy techniques provide his clients with the ability to work independently to obtain a safe return to activity and reduce the risk of further injury. Khore continues to be active in the local sporting community participating in multiple sports and outdoor pursuits.
