Judy graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Physical ducation in 1975, then continued her studies in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto and graduated in 1978. Since that time, Judy has practiced her profession and received Advanced training in her areas of special interest which include Orthopedics, Sports Therapy, Therapeutic Exercise, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
She was awarded her Sports Physiotherapy Diploma in 1986. Judy’s level of expertise has afforded her the opportunity to serve on two Summer Olympic Games Medical Teams (1984, 1988), one Pan American Games Medical Team (1987) and the Commonwealth Games Medical Team (1994). While Judy has spent most of her career in private practice, she took time out to be a Teaching Master at Sheridan College in Oakville in the Athletic Training and Management Program from 1981 to 1984. She was also a lab assistant and instructor in the UBC School of Rehabilitation Sciences from 1989 to 1992.
Judy has worked as a Registered Physiotherapist in private practice since 1985 in Vancouver. She also takes time out to golf, run, play tennis, do yoga and visit her island oasis.
