Jon has his Bachelor of Kinesiology in Exercise and Health Physiology from the University of Calgary. As the former Strength and Conditioning Director at the YMCA in Calgary, Jon has led amateur and experienced athletes to train effectively and purposefully.
After over 15 years of competitive volleyball, including playing professionally and coaching at both semi-professional and U18 levels, Jon brings a wealth of athletic and coaching experience to his clients.
Jon continues to expand his knowledge and understanding of strength and conditioning, while exploring new avenues to create the best possible training plans for his clients.
