Hillary is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator who uses an evidence-based nutrition counseling approach with clients of all ages and abilities to optimize health and physical performance. She is currently completing a post-graduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee, and holds a Masters of Applied Nutrition degree from the University of Guelph, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutrition and Food from Ryerson University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa. Hillary works particularly closely with athletes of all levels, young families, and individuals living with diabetes to help them optimize their nutritional status and foster a healthy relationship with food. Her passion for the role of nutrition in disease prevention and athletic performance stems from an upbringing in competitive sport and a keen interest in human physiology and food science. Hillary enjoys staying active by playing soccer and beach volleyball, as well as hiking and mountain biking throughout the beautiful sea-to-sky corridor.
