Heather completed her Physical Therapy degree at the University of Toronto. She also earned her Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Therapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association with Distinction and is certified by the Canadian Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Heather combines her clinical skills with a great deal of personal experience in competitive sport. She is a passionate mountain biker and has been ranked in the top five nationally, as well as placing second in BC in 2006. Heather was part of the gold medal triathlon team at the World Masters Games 2005 and in 2006 competed in the Xterra World Championships in Hawaii. With her personal experience as an elite athlete and her clinical skills, Heather will guide you in the prevention of injuries and lead you to success with your rehabilitation program following an injury.
