Dr. Snell graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1997 from the doctorate program at New York Chiropractic College. She ran her own practice in Calgary from 1997-2004 and in the UK from 2005-2011. She joined Fernie Chiropractic in 2012 as an associate chiropractor to allow her more time for her volunteer opportunities within sport. With an extensive background in all aspects of family practice, she is delighted to be permanently based in Fernie, since 2012. Jill has pursued advanced training in sports injury and rehabilitation with a special interest in soft tissue injuries and concussion. Jill has experience with many extremity and spinal conditions and especially enjoys the challenge of working with children and and adults in the realm of rehabilitation and performance optimization. She has completed further training in SOT, Activator, chiropractic rehabilitation, Active Release Techniques, Graston technique and became a certified Kinesiotaping Instructor in 2008. In 2015 she received her International Chiropractic Sports Sciences Practicioner designation. She continues to update her skills regularly and continues to teach internationally.
