Profile
Dr. Andrew Caroon is a graduate of the University of Western States in Portland, OR where he earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Sports Medicine. Through his years of practice, he has spent time working with athletes across multiple sports from marathon runners to rodeo cowboys. He has also taught human anatomy, physiology, and arthrology courses in RMT college programs around Vancouver, BC.
Whether treating high school athletes, weekend warriors, or desk jockeys; Dr. Andrew understands that no two patients are the same and each deserves their own individualized approach when it comes to their health and fitness goals. Because of this, he is constantly pursuing additional certifications and continuing education in order to better assist his patients and get them back to living pain-free, fast. Throughout treatment, he aims to work with you instead of for you, while prioritizing education and pain management strategies.
His treatment approach integrates various techniques such as joint manipulation and soft tissue release, including instrument-assisted and cupping, while focusing on movement through mobility, strengthening and rehabilitative exercise.
When not in the clinic or singing “Wheels on the Bus” to his young daughter, you may find him and his wife embracing their inner foodie at many of the fine restaurants around Vancouver. He stays active by trail running, hiking, skiing, playing basketball, and kettlebell training.
