Active member of the running/cycling/swimming community. Regularly involved with long distance running groups and triathlon groups. Teaaching and encouraging patients involvement in my core classes, or Pilates classes of various, including a Restorative Pilates class, plays a key part of my Rehabiliation philosophy. I enjoy staying up to date on the current research in Rehabiliation and Pilates, and make it a priority to regularly attend conferences and workshops.
