Catherine has worked in the fitness industry since 2003. She is double certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a Certified Personal Trainer.In 2015 Catherine graduated with a Master of Science – Strength and Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh. While in Scotland she interned at the Centre for Sport and Exercise as the assistant S&C coach for the university’s women’s rugby team, and the Scottish Cup championship women’s basketball team. Additionally, she coached performance conditioning for athletes from a variety of sports.Catherine was also the S&C coach for the Hibernian FC women’s under 17 development team and assisted in fitness testing for Queen’s Park FC men’s first, and developmental teams. She also assisted in cognitive attention testing during the FIA Institute Young Driver Excellence Academy.Previously she graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2011 with a bachelor degree in Human Kinetics. Catherine’s experience is vast; she has coached children, athletes, executives and seniors. With a keen understanding of movement and skills attained from numerous workshops and conferences. Catherine has developed precise coaching ability and is technically solid. In addition to this, she is familiar with prehab and rehabilitation of sports injuries, and has worked as a volunteer Athletic Trainer for Capilano Rugby Club and UBC Women’s Volleyball.
