Originally from Vancouver, Carissa completed her BKin and MPT at the University of British Columbia. She has experience working with both professional and varsity sports teams, including UBC Soccer, Varsity FC, Nautsa’mawt FC, Meraloma’s Rugby Club, and BC Rugby. She is involved in sports not only as a physiotherapist but also as a coach and player. Carissa is currently the BC Secretary for Sport Physiotherapy Canada.
