Profile
I was born and raised in Williams Lake, BC. As a sports enthusiast, I participated in various sporting events growing up. My passion for soccer allowed me to play at competitive levels until my early 20's, where I decided to challenge a degree in athletic and exercise therapy. I attended Camosun College in Victoria, BC and graduated with a degree in athletic and exercise therapy in 2016. Throughout the 4-year degree, I completed over 1200 practical hours on the field and in the clinic. My field experience includes, but is not limited to the following: Brentwood College School athletics, Shawnigan Lake School athletics, BC Soccer High Performance Camps, BC Rugby, Western Canada College ID Soccer Camp, head Athletic Therapist with EPIC Sport Management Society; which is soccer program in Victoria, and UNBC Women's Soccer. My experience in the clinic includes working on rehabilitation programs with clients with chronic disease, musculoskeletal injuries, total joint replacement surgeries, ICBC claims and WBC claims. Participating in an active life style has always been my way of life. I want to be a health and wellness advocate and get people, no matter their activity level, back to their favorite activity.
