Andrée Lavoie graduated in 1990 from Université de Montréal, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. Andrée’s passion for the outdoors and sport brought her to Whistler where she practiced physiotherapy. She began traveling with the Canadian Alpine Ski Team in 1993. Andree had the opportunity to follow the World Cup FIS alpine Circuit for over a decade and was Physiotherapist for the Canadian Alpine Ski team at the Nagano in 1998 and Torino in 2006 Olympic Winter games.
Andrée has special interests in Manual Therapy, Sports Injuries, ART and Core X active rehab. She completed her Certificate in Sports Therapy after graduation. Andrée believes in educating and focuses on core strengthening. She has great success with the Core X for different sports injuries.
Outside of the clinic, Andrée enjoys alpine and skate skiing, biking, traveling and other outdoor pursuits. In addition to English, Andree is fluent in French, and has learned German while working on the World Cup circuit.
