Midori graduated from SFU in 2013 specializing in kinesiology and ergonomics. Midori graduated from the University of Toronto Master of Physical Therapy program in 2015. She holds certificates in soft tissue release, level 2 upper and lower extremity manual therapy, prevention of running injuries, bike fitting and functional dry needling/intramuscular stimulation. In the community, she has volunteered for the 2016 American Masters Games for badminton, the PoCo Grand Prix (cycling), soccer tournaments, and has presented seminars on injury prevention and performance for cycling and badminton. Midori's special interests include treating racquet sport athletes, soccer players, runners and cyclists using hands on manual therapy, exercise prescription and education on training regime and ergonomics. Midori also provides custom bike fits and helps lead the Allan McGavin Rub Club. Personally, Midori has completed two olympic distance triathlons and a half ironman in recent years and grew up playing competive soccer and badminton.
