Dr. Sara Forsyth is a Sports Medicine Physician at both Footbridge Clinic and Fraser Orthopaedic Institute. She received her M.D. from the University of British Columbia in 2002 and her Diploma of Sports Medicine in 2008. In 2012 she earned her Masters of Science from the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Forsyth completed a 2 year fellowship in Sports Medicine at Allan McGavin Sports Medicine Centre. She has worked with athletes of all ages and abilities. She is interested in the area of female athlete health, adolenscent sports medicine, sports endocrinology, bone health, endurance medicine as well as running and triathlete health.
She has completed multiple Ironman and Half-Ironman competitions along with many marathons including Boston, 2017 and Berlin 2018.
