Andrew is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Having worked with amateur, Olympic and professional athletes from the NHL, MLB, and WSL, Andrew enjoys training clients of all ages, abilities and athletic backgrounds. A co-author of nine sport conditioning DVDs, six sport conditioning certifications and articles in numerous magazines, Andrew delivers sport conditioning education at conferences and workshops across North America.
As the Business Manager for WIlliams Health Group, Andrew oversees the operations of Mixx Fitness, Structure Rehab, and Performance Posture. Andrew provides Strength and Conditioning Services to the clients of all three businesses.
Andrew’s personal career highlight was serving as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Canadian Women’s National Soccer Team culminating in a successful performance at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Andrew spends his leisure time surfing off the coast of Vancouver Island, snowboarding and trail running in the local mountains, and working to complete his MBA.
