Jennifer is a recently retired Hammer Thrower for the Canadian
National Team, having been a 4 Time Canadian Champion, National Record Holder,
and Silver medalist at the 2006 Commonwealth Games.

Jennifer has a well rounded athletic background having competed at elite levels in Soccer, Volleyball and Track & Field. She has extensive coaching experience in various sports and disciplines, from Youth to elite Olympic
and professional level athletes. As an NCAA Track & Field coach, she produced 5 All-Americans, as well as an NCAA Champion in the Women’s Discus Throw.

As a former elite athlete and strength coach working with elite athletes, Jennifer has extensive knowledge and training in all areas of Strength & Conditioning. Her specialties include sport specific periodization; Olympic lifting; strength, speed & power development; sprinting & running mechanics; Functional Movement Assessments; core strengthening & flexibility.
