Sally has a PhD in Health Promotion, Nutriton and Exercise Physiology. She is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, Clinical Densitometrist, and an Academic Affiliate of Dietitians of Canada. Sally is also a Trainer of Fitness Leaders and a Personl Trainer. She currently teaches in Human Kinetics and Nursing at UBC O and does private health, exercise and nutrition consultations. She has a passion for helping people be healthier and more acitve and it shows in her dynamic and fun presentations and workshops. Grocery store shopping education, bone health education, family, athlete and lifespan nutrition and exercise are just some of the topics and services Sally covers.
