In partnership with ISPARC, this fall SportMedBC hosted five leader training sessions across the province to 315 leaders equipping them to deliver the Aboriginal RunWalk or Honour Your Health Challenge programs. With ongoing support provided by SportMedBC, 122 Aboriginal RunWalk leaders will launch their programs in January 2018. Highlights from this year included learning more about addictions from a harm reduction approach, the importance of self-care and mental wellness, and hearing from experienced leaders who shared their inspiring stories filled with challenges and successes...

The Vancouver Sun Run InTraining Program , presented by Sun Run Stores and SportMedBC is back again for 2018! The tried & true programs are designed to prepare participants of all fitness levels to safely and comfortably walk, Nordic walk, or run 10K.
