We Are Recruiting Leaders & Sweeps for the 2019 Fondo Clinics!

Are you an experienced cyclist or coach who is passionate about helping riders achieve their training goals? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We are currently recruiting leaders and sweeps for the 2019 Fondo Clinics 12-week training program.

All clinics start with the kick-off night on June 12th and run for 12 weeks thereafter beginning the week of June 17. Riders have the option of doing either a Beginner or Intermediate level training program to help set them up for success. All coaches will be provided with training materials and weekly coaching tips to help guide their sessions.

We are looking for experienced coaches/riders to fill the roles of Leaders and Sweeps at the following clinic locations:

  • UBC (Thursdays, 6:30pm – 8:00pm, BEGINNER)
    • Leader and Sweep needed
  • PacificSport Fraser Valley (Wednesdays, 6:00pm-7:30pm, BEGINNER)
    • Leader & Sweep needed
  • Vanier Park (Tuesday/Wednesdays, 6:00pm-7:30pm, WOMEN’S CLINIC)
    • Leader & Sweep needed
  • Stanley Park (Thursdays, 6:00pm – 7:30pm, INTERMEDIATE)
    • Leader & Sweep needed
  • Richmond Oval (Tuesdays, 6:00pm – 7:30pm, BEGINNER)
    • Leader & Sweep needed
  • Kelowna Cycles (Wednesdays, 6:00pm – 7:30pm, BEGINNER)
    • Sweep needed


Coaches receive $50 per session and complimentary entry into the 2019 RBC GranFondo on September 9, 2019. Sweeps receive a free Jakroo training jersey, complimentary entry to the RBC GranFondo Whistler and other perks!
