SportMed Shop Refund Policy

Merchandise Returns
Refunds on items purchased from SportMedBC.com may be returned within 30 days of your order being processed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within the specified time period. A refund for the full cost of the item, less shipping and handling charges, will be issued.

Document Downloads
All downloaded documents from SportMedBC.com are non-refundable.

Workshops and Seminars : Cancellations and Changes, Refunds
All SportMedBC courses are subject to change or cancellation on short notice. Full refunds will be issued for all programs or courses cancelled prior to the start date. Anyone who is unable to attend a program due to a change of date or time will be provided with a full refund for the value of that course.

Once the workshop or seminar has started, requests for refunds will not be considered. Refund requests prior to the start of a workshop or seminar must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the start of the course. In these cases, a full refund, less a $15 administration fee (HST included) will be granted.

Program Refunds
SportMed RunWalk Online: Requests for refunds will be considered up to 7 days after the program has started. Participants who wish to withdraw must return in original condition any collateral materials they have received (t-shirts, training logs, etc.) and will be charged a $15 administration fee (HST included).

viaSport Return to Sport

As of March 11, 2022:

  • Masks are no longer required.
    • Individual businesses and event organizers can choose to continue requiring masks on their premises.
    • Reminder to the sport community to be respectful of people's differing comfort levels and that as we transition into this period, people may still choose to wear their mask.

As of April 8, 2022, proof of vaccine will no longer be required.

  • Individual businesses and event organizers can choose to continue requiring proof of vaccination for entry.
