The SportMed RunWalk Training Logbook is a valuable tool as you embark on the SportMed 13-week training program, a program that has successfully been used by over 50,000 over the past decade!
 
This 62 page guide contains a multitude of training tips on topics such as goal setting, technique, injury prevention and nutrition. It also features coaching advice from SportMedBC’s Run Walk Coach Lynn Kanuka, along with 13 weeks of journal pages that will help track your progress.
