Built in 2024, The Lab – Nelson, is a multidisciplinary facility with the Health Lab upstairs, with physios, massage, counselors, acupuncture, and more. You will find large private clinic rooms, a comfortable waiting room, wheelchair accessibility, free parking, and a fully outfitted rehabilitation gym.

Downstairs, is The Sport Lab, with strength and conditioning professionals, and athletic therapists, you will find a 3000sq foot gym, with 8’x65′ turf, timing gates, impact screen/golf sim, sleds, Keiser machines, Plyomats, K-Box, Vertimax, BFR Cuffs, Normatecs, and everything else an athlete needs to train or rehabilitate. There are 2 showers, biosteel/recovery drink fridge, and other rehab equipment to use.

The Lab is unique in that when you pay your practitioner, they make the money, not an overarching corporation. Each individual is their own business and is intrinsically and internally motivated to make your experience the best it can be.
