As a sports dietitian, Sara aims to help all levels of athletes, from the elite, to weekend warriors to those new to physical activity, excel in their sports goals while fostering a positive relationship with food and their body. Sara utilizes a weight-inclusive and health-at-every-size approach, meaning that the focus is on enhancing nutrition and hydration habits and behaviours for the benefit of performance and general well-being and not strictly to change body shape/size. Athletes come in all shapes and sizes and can excel when their nutrition practices are fine-tuned!
