Sheila Lukasiewich graduated from the University of Alberta in 1989 with a Bachelor of Physical Education (with distinction) followed by a B.SC (PT) with distinction in 1993. Since graduation, Sheila has worked extensively with athletes of all ages and levels, on and off the field, from recreational to professional. Sheila has given numerous public talks, taught courses at the National Coaching Institute and is currently teaching courses in Zero Balancing. Sheila was certified in Zero Balancing in 2001 and joined the faculty a few years later in 2004.

Iain is a Registered Massage Therapist practicing in Victoria at Iain Little Massage Therapy Clinic. He graduated from the University of Victoria with a Human Performance degree in 1991 then persued Massage Therapy at WCCMT in Vancouver, graduating in 1997. He has been instructing at the Victoria Campus of WCCMT since 2002. He currently works with recreational, provincial, national and professional athletes in the Greater Victoria Area. In his free time he likes cycling and being active with his wife Ros.
