Jane Nettleton

Hello everyone! I am Jane, and I am a recent master's degree graduate of Deakin university (Melbourne, Australia) in Clinical Exercise Physiology, as well as a graduate of UBC Okanagan for a Bachelor fo Human Kinetics. I work as a kinesiologist, exercise physiologist, personal trainer, and coach at Okanagan Peak Performance in Kelowna, BC.

Danielle Ayearst

Danielle is a graduate from Vancouver Career College and member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC as well as the Canadian Sports Massage Therapy Association. Danielle enjoys working with individuals who recognize they may not be operating ideally due to injury, fatigue, or general overuse and seek the assistance of an educated health professional.

Michelle Béland

Michelle is an Athletic Therapist and strength and conditioning specialist who has recently relocated to Merritt, BC.  Currently, Michelle is embracing her passion for movement and leading "learn to lift" classes and fitness bootcamps at a local gym.  She is taking on clients who are looking to feel healthier, moving better, and perform at their highest potentional.
